Somewhat foggy start here on the terrace although its not as thick as it was yesterday. Take a look at storm tracker6 live double scan. A couple areas of precipitation. The first over to the east of philadelphia where theres scattered showers and thunderstorms pushing toward the ocean. Then to the west some thunderstorms out by gettysburg pushing up towards lancaster and perhaps reading over the next hour or so. Another cluster of showers and developing thunderstorms on the other side of baltimore so were in a lull right now but theres more action to come. As you take a look at the wide view on satellite even more showers and perhaps some thunderstorms farther to the west in West Virginia and virginia and it looks like were going to be in and out of that stuff for the rest of the day off and on into the evening. Visibility is now under a mile in philadelphia as well as a half mile thats about all you can see down the road in wilmington so slow it down in those areas with the gray. 50 d

Kpix 5s mark sayre shows us tonight a lot of neighbors in san jose say they are still living in fear. Reporter perhaps 200 people dime a Community Center in the foothills trying to understand how anyone could brutally beat an 88yearold woman. The crime had a deep impact on neighbors. I think everyone has been shocked and horrified. Reporter she livers a few doors down from the crime scene. I always felt safe in my home and now i dont feel safe anymore. Reporter investigators announced the arrest of this man, 19yearold Jamie Collins who lives in the zachary cuen who lives in the neighborhood. In this case enzyme remains in the victim remains in critical condition. She was a peaceful, loving woman who lived there since 1964. People deserve to be safe in their homes. Reporter investigators are now asking for neighbors in the area to scour Surveillance Video and recall if they have seen anything suspicious as they try determine if anyone else was involved. And the cedar river at vin ton that means that crest has passed there. It is between cedar rapids and vinton and so that is probably close to palo. We are looking at seens like this. We did have residential areas flooded by the water. This home pretty much an island.
