Bill 56: Would create a task force to develop recommendations regarding a potential submarine cable industry on Guam.
Bill 219: Would allow the island’s public schools, university and college to use their rooftops to install solar panels for power sale or lease-back agreements. The Public Utilities Commission lobbied against the bill's passage, stating it would increase power rates and could harm the power system.
Bill 353: Would allow the Guam Visitors Bureau to spend all of the money in its “Rainy Day Fund” to rebuild the tourism industry because of the pandemic.
Bill 400: Would appropriate $2.77 million from the Healthy Futures Fund to pay for Medicaid and $8.7 million from the fund to pay for Department of Public Health and Social Services operations.
