A class action lawsuit has been filed in US District Court for the Northern District of Mississippi on the behalf of Toria Neal, a longtime employee, and “potentially thousands” of other workers, against the company which is headquartered in Tupelo, Mississippi.
Approximately 2,700 workers, most of whom live in northeast Mississippi , with others in North Carolina and California , lost their jobs in the early hours of Tuesday.
