before the public learned about it, six weeks before we and other partners in law enforcement could dig in and find out what happened. they kept americans at risk during that period of time. we want to know why that is and get to the bottom of it. we want to make sure that we re able to protect people in pennsylvania and all across the united states and make sure not only do we get at the root cause of what happened here, but try and change corporate behavior going forward. the public shouldn t have to worry that when they turn their information over to what they deem to be a reputable company that it is going to be protected. they need to have that confidence. and so like we did with the target breach and others, we re not only going to hold these individuals and this corporation accountable, we want to change behavior going forward so people have confidence in the system. i m glad to see our partners at the federal level, particularly the fcc, digging deep into the stock sales. i thi
