The National Weather Service in Birmingham has issued a Tornado Warning for. Southeastern Greene County in west central Alabama. East central Sumter County in west central Alabama. Until 200 PM CDT. At 1259 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado was located over Bluffport, or near Livingston, moving northeast at 25 mph. HAZARD.Tornado. SOURCE.Radar indicated rotation.
