The market capitalisation of the Jamaica Stock Exchange (JSE) is now $1.73 trillion following last Friday s listing of Future Energy Source Company (Fesco) on the junior market.
Concurrently, the market capitalisation of the junior market now stands at $149.15 billion. Fesco’s market capitalisation amounted to $2 billion.
The data was provided by the JSE’s Managing Director Marleen Street Forrest who also noted that Fesco had become the first fuel distribution company to be listed on the Junior Market. It was also the first listing for 2021.
