The unbeaten Gamecocks seem to be sliding under the radar at this year's Final Four, where Iowa star Caitlin Clark and UConn's Paige Bueckers are getting most of the attention. South Carolina, which has steamrolled to its 36 victories, will face North Carolina State on Friday night in the first semifinal. This is the fourth straight trip to the Final Four for coach Dawn Staley, who said this young team tested her patience more than any other. The Gamecocks will face a Wolfpack team that has already knocked off a No. 1 and 2 seed in the tournament.
