MediaNews Group File Photo NEW HANOVER — With a unanimous vote, the New Hanover Township Supervisors Thursday voted to offer $600,000, spread out over 10 years, to help with the preservation of the 455-acre Laughing Waters Girl Scout Camp. - Advertisement - The grants being sought — $250,000 from the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources, and $250,000 from the Department of Community and Economic Development — would help get to the $3.9 million price tag of putting a conservation easement on the entire camp.
