Reporter we expect the indictment also be for over a dozen people. The former president s lawyers say they do expect he will be among those indicted. We would expect the District Attorney would seek an indictment from the grand jury and it would go to the Clerks Office where we will most likely get our copy. Then it will be made public and well be able to read about the charges. One of the things thats unclear, jake, is when the former president would appear for his initial appearance and a potential arraignment. In the federal cases that happened quickly. A record 61 of voters now have a negative view of clinton compared to only 56 who have a negative view of trump. Trumps unfavorables are lower, down nine points from two months ago. Well be taking all of that up with two former president ial candidates. Former House Speaker Newt Gingrich joins us, as does former governor of arkansas, Mike Huckabee, and well have a lot to talk about tonight including, trumps release of a list of 11 potential Supreme Court justices. The list has been well received by conservatives who want someone with similar principles to the late justice antonin scalia, and a lot of upheaval in the democratic party, that after senator Bernie Sanders won the oregon primary and on track to lose by only a narrow margin in kentucky.
