SC to hear next week plea of spiritual guru for release of his live-in partner from parents custody ANI | Updated: Jan 18, 2021 23:36 IST
New Delhi [India], January 18 (ANI): The Supreme Court on Monday said it would hear next week a plea filed by a 42-year-old spiritual guru against a Kerala High Court order that declined the release of his live-in partner from her parents alleged illegal custody.
A bench of Chief Justice of India SA Bobde, AS Bopanna and V Ramasubramanian said it would hear the case next week as the case is listed for hearing before the High Court tomorrow.
