Wagner Noel Re-opening
The Wagner Noel Performing Arts Center, along with many other venues of it’s kind, has been closed since the start of the Covid pandemic, however they recently hosted an open house event. Tuesday afternoon of this week an open house event was held to announce their re-opening and up-coming events. Some of the events you can look forward to are listed below.

ODESSA, Texas Spend a special night with your love at Cinema Under the Stars.
With the love-filled evening, you and your special love will be able to watch a golden classic love story with the choice of a glass of champagne.
The Cinema Under the Stars event will be held on Feb. 13 from 7:30 P.M. - 9:30 P.M at the Wagner Noel Performing Arts Center.
