Before Tuesday’s game against the Pacers, Celtics coach Brad Stevens hesitated to heap too much praise upon rookie guard Payton Pritchard because, in his words, the rookie hype train can sometimes be a good thing and sometimes be a bad thing. But after Pritchard scored 10 points and helped spark a fourth-quarter comeback for Boston in a 116-111 win over the Pacers, one of his teammates was ready to anoint him.
