The YMCA of Greater Kansas City, Kansas City, Kansas, Public Schools and the Unified Government of Wyandotte County and Kansas City, Kansas, are launching a “Learn to Swim” program. The program was created to honor Emmanuel Solomon, a 13-year-old boy from KCK who drowned last summer.
