Walt Disney World and AdventHealth are teaming up to offer a new emergency room and primary care facility on the Disney campus.
The AdventHealth Emergency Department and Primary Care Plus will be located at Flamingo Crossings Town Center, near the Western Gateway at Walt Disney World.
AdventHealth Central Florida CEO Randy Haffner says both will offer Disney guests, workers and community members urgent and primary care minutes from the parks, seven days a week.
“We’re very proud of this new facility and continued dedication to exceptional guest service. AdventHealth is here to help any guest with health care needs get back to the magic,” Haffner said.

A big announcement from Disney on Thursday: AdventHealth is becoming the official medical provider for Walt Disney World Resorts.
ORLANDO, Fla. - A big announcement from Disney on Thursday: AdventHealth is becoming the official medical provider for Walt Disney World Resorts.
The two companies are partnering up to build a new emergency room and provide other health services. The emergency room will be built at the Flamingo Crossings Town Center.
The 24-hour hospital will provide services for guests, cast members, and athletes at ESPN’s Wide World of Sports.

Through the first-of-its-kind “AdventHealth World of Wellness,” AdventHealth will create an enhanced experience for
Walt Disney World Resort guests that will make it easier for those who have pre-existing health conditions to plan their vacations and for guests to receive care during their vacations.
Today, AdventHealth also announces it will build an
emergency room located at Flamingo Crossings Town Center, which will be staffed by a comprehensive clinical team including board-certified emergency physicians and emergency nurses. The design of the facility and team member training will bring an enhanced patient experience for those who need emergency care.
