COBB COUNTY, GA Cobb County is suing former President Donald Trump for legal fees over a lawsuit questioning the legitimacy of the November presidential election in Georgia.
Cobb County filed a motion Monday in the Fulton County Superior Court against Trump, his campaign and the Georgia Republican Party Chairman David Shafer, court documents show. DeKalb County filed a similar motion Monday as well.
Trump and Shafer filed a lawsuit in the Fulton County Superior Court in December, alleging fraud and irregularities in the presidential election in Georgia.
