YFN Lucci Among a Dozen Named in Racketeering Indictment | 1011 The Beat

By Dolewite Pandora SXSW 2018 Rayshawn Bennett aka YFN Lucci is among a dozen suspects indicted in a 75 page, 105 count racketeering indictment. The indictment is focused on factions with gang activity, particularly, the Bloods. The Fulton County District Attorney called the indictment unprecedented. Lucci is already facing an unrelated murder charge for which he was arrested back in January in a shooting that left one man dead and another wounded. No word on how much time Lucci is facing in either of these cases, and I m no attorney, but none of this look good for his career or freedom. We will continue to keep you updated on this story.

Ja’Quah A. McCall, 19, of Albany, was charged Thursday by Gloversville Police with one count of first-degree conspiracy, a felony that carries a potential sentence upon conviction akin to a murder conviction. The conspiracy charge against McCall followed the arrest earlier last week of a 15-year-old, who is accused directly in the death.

It’s the only memory she has of her mother. Melissa Wolfenbarger Christina Garrett and her brother Joey were only toddlers when their mother, Melissa Wolfenbarger, was found brutally murdered after she had been missing for months. According to the Atlanta Police Department, the 21-year-old mother was found decapitated, dismembered and stuffed into black trash bags in the spring of 1999, not far from their home in Atlanta, Georgia.
