FAIRFIELD TWP. – Spring Clean Up is returning to Fairfield Township after a one-year absence Saturday, April 10, at two locations.
A partnership with Habitat for Humanity’s Rock the Block event will also allow for the painting of fire hydrants in the neighborhood near the police station and Shaffer’s Run Park.
“We can’t do home repairs this year because of COVID restrictions,’’ said Megan Golike, volunteer service manager for Habitat.
“So we’re partnering with local organizations in the communities we’re building in as an extension of neighborhood revitalizations. This is a great event to get our volunteers out and give back to our communities.”
