Fairmont Copley Plaza in Boston wants executives to cancel Zoom calls and rent private small meeting space at hotel for $500 instead

For those getting tired of Zoom calls, a Boston hotel is offering another option. But it comes at a steep price.
Fairmont Copley Plaza in Boston transformed its Fairmont Gold Lounge into a private small meeting space. For four hours, the room can be rented starting at $500.
“Big things can happen at small meetings. Fairmont Copley Plaza invites executives to cancel their next important at-home Zoom call and instead focus on accomplishing their 2021 goals with (safe) colleague face time,” the hotel said. “Executives will gather comfortably knowing the spacious lounge is theirs to use exclusively.”
