A “NUMPTY” who took a fence brazenly from a Dunfermline property was caught on camera. The astonishing theft on Husband Place was captured on CCTV with the owner left mystified by the thief’s actions. Video footage shows a man picking up the seven-foot garden fence and walking away with it and through an alleyway. The incident took place at around 8.35pm on Sunday evening. The evidence was posted on Fife Jammer Locations Facebook page on Tuesday night, with the owner of the fence left in a state of disbelief. “I kid you not, my fence was stolen in Husband Place,” they stated.
