Frasers Property Thailand Industrial Freehold & Leasehold REIT (FTREIT) aims to sustain growth in revenue of 15% in the fiscal year ending on Sept 30 this year, as the industrial sector remains robust while planning to invest 2 billion baht to buy new assets this year.
Bhumpharn Arunthammakul, vice-president of investment and investor relations, said FTREIT expects to generate 3.3-3.5 billion baht in revenue in the fiscal year 2021, up 10-15% from 3.05 billion baht in the fiscal year 2020. Key strategies are active asset management and acquisition growth, he said. We will seek tenants whose business is on the rise like in medicines, medical supplies and e-commerce. The latter grows over 10% per year.

All donations made will go directly to help fund mental health training and resource materials, including The BurntChef 24/7 support service and The Burnt Chef Academy, to help open up and normalise conversations around mental health within the UK hospitality industry.
Frasers Property Industrial REIT Management (Thailand) Company Limited ( FIRM ) announced the offering of additional trust units for the third capital increase of Frasers Property Thailand Industrial Freehold & Leasehold REIT ( FTREIT ) by mean of General Mandate. The total number of additional trust units issued will be up to 241,000,000 units and will be offered to general public who are existing trust unitholders.
0.0854 New trust units will be offered for every one existing trust unit at an offering price of 11.70 Baht.
The subscription period for the additional trust units will be on 14-15 and 18-20 January 2021 during business hours at each branch of Bangkok Bank.
