Hemmes, who now has a catalogue of around 70 pubs, venues, and establishments in Sydney, has gone and picked himself up his first venue in Melbourne – and first spot outside of Sydney – for the next phase of his total domination of the Aussie hospo industry.

Heavily armed tactical officers marched through Flinders Street Station in the city s CBD about 5pm on Monday.
All services were halted and passengers told to seek alternate transportation .
Passengers used Twitter to upload footage of officers with helmets and large guns marching through the busy station and sweeping carriages.

Melburnians heading home via Flinders St Station witnessed things grind to a literal halt when a heavily-armed bomb squad entered the station at around 5pm on Monday, without any proper explanation as to what on Earth was going on.
While the reason for the delay wasn’t officially announced, 7 News reports that someone at the station appears to have made a bomb threat.
How many times would we have to hear about “connectivity’’, when what people really were was “connected”?
How many times would we have to wish that people who said “about this space’’ or “in this space’’ would be sent to outer space?
Above all, what was the point of the word “point” being added to everything? A public service information area at Flinders St Station isn’t a “Help point”, it’s just “Help” . A “touch point” is a touch screen. My 87-year-old mother doesn’t use a “single point ” walking cane: she’s always used a walking stick.
