Attorney Kathryn Waters has announced her intention to run for judge for the Dauphin County Court of Common Pleas.
A native resident of Lower Paxton Township, Waters, a Democrat, is a graduate of Central Dauphin High School, University of Maryland College Park, and Widener University Commonwealth Law School.
She is a former Deputy District Attorney of Dauphin County, attorney for the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission, attorney for the Pennsylvania Department of General Services, and Intellectual Property Attorney for the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
