IADC – International Association of Dredging Companies will host a webinar next month on the importance of managing financial risks in a dredging project.
In this webinar – set for May 4 – the topic of managing financial risks will be linked to the Brisbane Airport dredging and reclamation project.

Nominations open for IADC Safety Awards April 5, 2021, by Eldin Ganic
The International Association of Dredging Companies (IADC) is seeking nominations for the annual IADC Safety Awards.
For several years, the award was granted to safety innovations made for the dredging industry.
As of this year, two safety awards will be given: one to a dredging organization and a second to a supply chain organization active in the dredging or offshore industry.
Nominations for both awards can be submitted until May 31, said IADC.

The International Association of Dredging Companies (IADC) has just presented the latest issue of their Terra et Aqua magazine.

In June 2019, the research team of the LIFE MARINAPLAN PLUS project began operating the first-of-a-kind demonstration plant installation at the harbor entrance of Marina di Cervia (Italy).
Fulfilling the project’s objective to apply at industrial scale a reliable technology for the sustainable management of sediment in marine infrastructures, this technology prevents harbor silting through the use of submerged devices called ‘ejectors’ installed on the seabed.
