2021 Acura NSX gets new Long Beach Blue Pearl paint

The Acura NSX, marketed as the Honda NSX in other markets, has been given a new Long Beach Blue Pearl finish for the 2021 model year. This is a reformulated version of Long Beach Blue, one of the rarest colours that was available for the first-generation NSX, applied to just 88 units between 2002 and 2005.
The new finish is named after North America’s most iconic street race – the Acura Grand Prix of Long Beach – and will cost an additional USD1,000 (RM4,134) on top of the NSX’s base price of USD157,500 (RM651,105).

The NTT INDYCAR SERIES begins its 2021 season this weekend at Barber Motorsports Park, and NBC Sports will provide all of the viewing options.
Sunday’s 90-lap Honda Indy Grand Prix of Alabama presented by AmFirst is this weekend’s highlight, and it will be the first of nine INDYCAR races to air on network television this season. NBC will begin its three-hour broadcast of this event at 3 p.m. (ET). The other eight INDYCAR races this season will be shown on the NBC Sports Network.
All INDYCAR practices and NTT P1 Award qualifying sessions this season will be available for live viewing on Peacock, NBC’s streaming service. Peacock Premium, where the INDYCAR action will live, is offered at $4.99 per month at www.peacocktv.com.

Martin Truex Jr won for the third time in the last four races at Martinsville when NASCAR returned last weekend, while IndyCar gets underway in Alabama on Sunday.
Truex was engrossed in a tight battle with Joe Gibbs Racing teammate Denny Hamlin, making the pass for the lead stick with 15-laps to go. Hamlin fell off the pace and got caught up in a fight with Chase Elliott for second place, with 2020 champion Elliott coming home runner-up at the flag.
Speaking in Victory Lane, Truex said: “This place has become a playground for us I guess. We didn’t have the best car all day, but we just kept working on it and never quit on it.”

Varied, Challenging Schedule
The season begins with the Honda Indy Grand Prix of Alabama presented by AmFirst, one of the many traditional events on the NTT INDYCAR SERIES calendar, which makes a return after the 2020 pandemic year.
A series of four races in three weekends will start the season, including the Firestone Grand Prix of St. Petersburg on Sunday, April 25 and a doubleheader weekend at Texas Motor Speedway, Saturday, May 1 and Sunday, May 2 for the Genesys 300 and the XPEL 375. Six of the first eight events
