Senior BJP leader and NEDA convener Himanta Biswa Sarma during a public rally ahead of Bodoland Territorial Region (BTR) elections, at Mathanguri in Assam’s Baksa.
A delegation of Asom Gana Parishad, Bodoland Territorial Region s CEM Pramod Boro and BJP leaders met Home Minister Amit Shah and BJP president JP Nadda on Wednesday, ahead of the forthcoming assembly elections, informed Assam Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma.
Speaking about the meeting, Sarma said, We are working out the modalities and a formal alliance will be declared tomorrow.
