Mar. 10 On the heels of an affordable housing project moving forward at Orchard and Franklin streets, the city of Boise is in the beginning stages of a second apartment complex on State Street near Veterans Memorial Parkway.
The city is seeking input from neighbors and other city residents using an online survey for the State and Arthur project at the site of the former Smoky Davis smoked-meats shop at 3912 W.
