Looking to play Horizon Zero Dawn before the sequel drops on PS5 later this year? You ll soon be in luck. On Wednesday Sony revealed its latest batch of games for its Play At Home program, revealing that it will be making Horizon Zero Dawn Complete Edition available as a free download next month.
First launched last April, the program was created as part of Sony s response to the COVID-19 pandemic, giving free games to people to help keep the PlayStation community entertained at home. Original titles available as part of Play At Home included Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection and Journey. Last month the company announced that it would be extending the program, running it from March through June.
All of these games will be available from 25th March at 8PM Pacific Time (4AM UK time), until 22nd April.
That’s not all, because from 19th April, Horizon Zero Dawn Complete Edition (including the base game and the Frozen Wilds DLC) will be given away for free.
That’s a lot of great games all being given away for free, following a renewed commitment to the need to stay at home for many around the world. At the end of February, PlayStation boss Jim Ryan announced the initiative’s return, saying, “In these historic times, the team at PlayStation wanted to thank the community by giving something back. These days, we could all use something to look forward to and another reason to stay safely socially distanced, so we are happy to be able to offer a free selection of great games and some entertainment offers.[…]
