Atlantic City man pleads guilty to sexually assaulting 8-year old

Acting Prosecutor Shill said that Johnson admitted to performing a sexual act on the boy in December 2018 during his plea hearing. For his criminal act, Johnson was sentenced to 15-years in prison without parole. He is also subject to registering with Megan’s Law and will be subject to parole supervision for life as part of his guilty plea.

Acting Atlantic County Prosecutor Cary Shill says 24-year-old Deandre Johnson pleaded guilty to a charge of first-degree aggravated sexual assault on Tuesday.
