We shared the news a few months ago regarding the auction whose proceeds would go directly to the Boys and Girls Club of Atlantic City. They were auctioning off the chance to be the person who presses the button which causes Trump Plaza to go
ka-boom.
Unfortunately, it looks like that s not going to happen. The implosion has been pushed back several times with it looking to take place next month. However, it won t be a random bloke pressing the button. The sale has been cancelled.
Bodnars Auction, the company responsible for auctioning off the rights to the boom button, said the following:
Atlantic City Beer and Music Festival Switches Date To June
I would be lying to you right now if I said I don t miss going to random festivals during the summer and enjoying a nice cold beer. Can’t wait for those good days to come back.
According to NJ.com, things will be different for the Atlantic City Beer and Music Festival this year as it will be taking place outdoors this summer. It was mentioned on NJ.com that the Atlantic City Beer and Music Festival was canceled last year due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
The Atlantic City Beer and Music Festival normally happens in April but we learned from NJ.com that this year it will be happening in the summer. The set date for the Atlantic City Beer and Music Festival is June 4th.
We all love to listen to our favorite tunes, but music can actually be therapeutic, helping patients in hospitals and assisted living facilities. Licensed music therapists also provide virtual sessions.
