EPCC offers $750 to $1,000 grants to students hit by COVID-19 pandemic

View Comments El Paso Community College will provide grants of as much as $1,000 to students whose educations have been impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. The money will come from American Rescue Plan Act funds. Students enrolled part time may apply for $750. Students enrolled full time may apply for $1,000. The financial assistance does not need to be paid back. Students also can apply their grants to any COVID-19-related expenses, such as housing, food, mental health, child care, rent or tuition.  All students currently enrolled for the fall semester are eligible. Students can start applying Monday at go.epcc.edu/ARPA.
