据教育部发布的2020年全国教育经费执行情况统计快报显示，2020年，全国教育经费总投入为53014亿元，比上年增长5.65%。其中，国家财政性教育经费为42891亿元，比上年增长7.10%。全国高等教育经费总投入为13999亿元，比上年增长3.99%。其中，普通高职高专教育经费总投入为2758亿元，比2019年增长14.73%。 随着我国高等教育产业化发展，国家财政性教育经费不断增加，在每年教育经费中，国家财政支出占比最大。根据《中国教育经费统计年鉴2019》数据显示，2018年，全国高等级教育投入12022亿元，其中，国家财政性教育经费为7546亿元，占比62.7%，可见国家对高等教育的重视。 2020年受疫情影响，国家财政支出侧重于保障基础民生，对于高等教育的投入相应的有所削减，根据历年数据、行业发展情况以及宏观经济形势发展，前瞻初步测算2020年国家财政性教
