A man who had sex with a 14-year-old girl has been spared jail and a conviction.
Max Patrick Edwards, 21, met the young girl on a social media app Wink and invited her over to his Marsden home in Queensland after a week of online chat.
Edwards called an Uber for the girl to be dropped to his house on the night of February 10 last year.
