The issue of the town of Essex purchasing the 16-acre Harrow High School site will be revived with Essex Ward 1 Coun. Sherry Bondy hoping to get fellow councillors onboard at Monday’s council meeting.
Bondy and the Harrow community group Recreational Heart of Our Community are pushing for the purchase of the property from the Greater Essex County District School Board to preserve green space and create recreational indoor space in the town’s core.
