According to the Associated Press, the bill offers relief for both individuals and businesses. The Greater Binghamton Chamber of Commerce says they are thrilled that businesses, especially small businesses, are a focus in the bill and will be getting relief, especially before the holidays. What we like about this one is that it s targeting small businesses, says Stacey Duncan, CEO and President of the Greater Binghamton Chamber of Commerce. The Chamber adds they have advocated and hope for continued stimulus for local businesses.
