The company is looking to hire a legal counsel with 4-5 years of general corporate experience involving vendor contracts, lender agreemeents, and some knowledge of SEC regulations. This company is pre-IPO so it is a great opportunity for an attorney who wants to be part of a successful business and be part of a company that will eventually go public in a few years. The role reports to the General Counsel. The ideal candidate is an independent thinker with either law firm or in-house experience.
