Victoria police are investigating after a man was reported committing an indecent act while stopped in his vehicle, then asking for directions before driving away. VicPD said the incident happened around 8 p.m. Jan. 30 in the 600 block of Lampson Street, near Esquimalt Road, in Esquimalt. article continues below
Wishart is described as white, five-foot-four and about 120 pounds with a slim build. She has long, curly blond hair and blue eyes.
Police ask anyone who sees Wishart to call 911. Anyone with information about her whereabouts is asked to call Victoria police at 250-995-7654, extension 1, or Greater Victoria Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).
