New platform launched to help record public services complaints

The Authority for Public Services Regulation launched the Hasil platform.
Muscat: The Authority for Public Services Regulation (APSR), has launched the Hasil platform to help subscribers submit their complaints.
A statement issued online by APSR said: The Authority has provided a complaints referral service directly through the offices of supply and distribution companies or the companies’ contact centers. The companies, in turn, will file the complaint directly on behalf of the subscriber to the Authority in accordance with procedures for considering subscribers complaints.
Subscribers can also submit their complaints through the complaints platform Hasil on the authority s website apsr.om
