London rapper Fredo is on track to bag the highest new entry and a flurry of placings on this week’s Official Chart, following the release of his new fourth album Money Can’t Buy Happiness.
The singer and songwriter from Queen’s Park starts out just behind reigning chart queen Olivia Rodrigo at Number 2 on today’s Official Chart First Look, with brand new entry Money Talks ft. Dave - the pair topped the Official Singles Chart together back in 2018 on Funky Friday. See Fredo’s chart history.
Further down follows a new Fredo collaboration with late rapper Pop Smoke and Young Adz – Burner On Deck (11), and a further midweek entry at 14 - Ready ft. Summer Walker.

The Official Chart: First Look, which airs on BBC Radio 1 today between 6pm – 7pm, offers a first glance of the Top 20 ahead of Friday’s Official Singles Chart Top 100. The chart is based on preliminary sales and early streaming reports.
Little Mix currently lead the way in the race to Number 1 on this week’s Official Chart. Sweet Melody, taken from the girl group’s latest album Confetti, climbs eight places midweek and could give Little Mix their 5th UK Number 1 single on Friday.
Evermore tracks are looming outside the Top 10.
âWillowâ is at No. 4 on the Official Chart First Look, while âChampagne Problemsâ starts at No. 12 and âNo Body No Crimeâ featuring Haim bows at No. 15. If they keep their momentum when the Official U.K. Singles Chart is published late Friday (Dec. 18), Swiftâs swag of U.K. Top 40s will lift to 34.
Based on listening activity in the first 48 hours, Mariah Careyâs âAll I Want For Christmas Is Youâ holds at No. 1 in the U.K., and is the best bet to clinch the Christmas chart crown. Carey s classic is closely followed by Whamâs Last Christmas at No. 2, the Official Charts Company reports.
