I m really sick and tired of writing and reading about people winning a buttload of money from the Michigan Lottery because none of those people is me. I play and play multiple games every week.and nothing.
All joking aside, I think it s so freaking that so many Michiganders have been winning so much money. We ve had so many stories about people winning in the past six months.

According to MLive, she elected to receive her prize as a one-time lump-sum payment of $5.75 million, rather than the annuity for a minimum of 20 years or the rest of her life, whichever is greater. That s exactly what I would have done, give me all that loot all at once.

LANSING, MI A Grand Rapids woman and her husband thought they were dreaming when they won $1,000 a day for the rest of her life playing the Michigan Lottery’s Lucky for Life game.
Kristen Kaminski, 48, matched all five white numbers drawn and the Lucky ball 15-19-28-30-48 LB: 05 for the drawing on March 11 to win the prize.
“I played Lucky For Life when it first came out, but hadn’t played much since,” Kaminski said. “I ended up buying a ticket out of the blue and I still can’t believe I won!

Winning lottery ticket worth $25K a year for life bought in Highland Park

(WXYZ) â A winning Lucky For Life ticket was sold at a store in Highland Park.
Michigan Lottery says the ticket was bought at the Monterey Party Store on Woodward Avenue. It matched the numbers drawn Thursday night â 03-04-18-31-43.
The lucky winner has two choices to collect the big prize:
⢠Annual $25,000 payments for a minimum of 20 years or life, whichever is greater, or
⢠A one-time lump sum cash payment of $390,000
The winner should contact the Michigan Lottery Public Relations Division at (517) 373-1237 to schedule an appointment to collect the big prize.
John Scott of Plainwell purchased a ticket that matched the five white balls drawn Feb. 11 07-09-15-31-39.
He bought his ticket at Harding s Friendly Market located at 533 Allegan Street in Plainwell. I checked my tickets and then I had to verify the date a few times to make sure I had really won, Scott told the Michigan Lottery. I told my wife that I was a winner, and she couldn’t believe it. After all the excitement had settled down, I still went to work.
Scott opted to take the one-time lump sum payment of about $390,000. He plans to use the money to pay off his home, do some renovations and share with his family.
