Colombian superstar Maluma has announced a United States tour that will tentatively kick off this fall.
The arena trek which is arguably one of the biggest to be announced since the Covid-19 pandemic brought touring to a halt last year is scheduled to start September 2nd at the Golden 1 Center in Sacramento, California. It will wrap on October 24th at the Allstate Arena in Chicago.

Affidavit: Woman had two dogs severely malnourished

A woman has been arrested in connection with two dogs that were “severely malnourished,” according to an arrest affidavit.
Irma Elva Sanchez, 67, was charged with two counts of cruelty to non-livestock animals, fail to provide, a Class A misdemeanor that carries a punishment of up to one year in jail, a $4,000 fine or both.
Webb County Jail records show that Sanchez is out on bond.
The case unfolded at about 4:43 a.m. Thursday, when a Laredo police officer responded to a cruelty to animals call in the 4500 block of Christine Lane. An animal control officer stated to police that she had arrived at the residence to check on a gray pitbull that was chained up by the front of the home.

As tens of thousands of Laredoans entered day three without electricity, and tens of thousands more with no water, it was not made clear when either of these essential services would be restored.
Tony Arce, manager of community affairs for American Electric Power, noted that on Wednesday morning, about 33,000 accounts across Laredo, Encinal, Zapata, Rio Bravo and El Cenizo were without power. By noon, around 2,000 of those accounts had been restored, and several thousand more a few hours later, Arce said. They hope to make more progress as more energy capacity comes online.
