A North Liberty man has been arrested after exposing himself to a woman at an intersection.
Police say the incident occurred Tuesday at 1:20pm at the intersection of Ranshaw Way and Penn Street. 37-year-old Jerry Harbour of Locust Drive was waiting for the light to turn green, while the alleged victim was in the car next to his in the turning lane. She told police she looked over and saw Harbour “taking care of himself sexually.” She made it clear to Harbour that she wasn’t interested, but the incident didn’t end there.
Harbour got the woman’s attention again. This time, he’s accused of thrusting his hips in the air, where she could see he had his jeans pulled down and his left hand stroking his semi-erect penis. He allegedly said, “I don’t care, I just want you to watch.” The woman told police Harbour’s actions were offensive to her.
A 31-year-old Olympia man has been arrested on suspicion of indecent exposure and other crimes after an incident outside a Lacey area laundromat on Tuesday.
