Already under tremendous strain because of the non-availability of cargo, he is now concerned about the Centre’s plan to levy a ‘Green Tax’ on commercial vehicles of over eight years old to curb pollution. He has two vehicles which are 10 years old and used for carrying cargo over short distances.
