All Nippon Airways announced (08-Apr-2021) plans to suspend a further 5550 domestic frequencies between 06-May-2021 and 31-May-2021, reducing its operation rate for the period to 68%. Its operation rate for the month of May-2021 will be 71%. [more - original PR - Japanese]

Shell invests in LanzaJet to accelerate commercialization of alcohol-to-SAF technology

LanzaJet, Inc., a sustainable fuels technology company and sustainable fuels producer launched by LanzaTech (Skokie, Ill.), announced that Royal Dutch Shell N.V. (The Hague, the Netherlands) joins as an investor in the company to advance LanzaJet’s global growth, accelerate commercialization of its technology, and scale the production of Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF).
Shell joins founding investors in LanzaJet, including LanzaTech, Suncor Energy Inc., Mitsui & Co., Ltd., and more recently, British Airways, as well as participation from All Nippon Airways.
