Historic churches will present ‘Hunterdon Holy Trail’

Six historic churches plan to retell the Christmas story through a series of drive-in vignettes called The Hunterdon Holy Trail on Sunday, Dec. 20, from 5 to 8 p.m.
The community is invited to drive through the church yards, which will be decked with holiday lights and populated by biblical characters, each dramatizing a different aspect of the birth of Jesus.
Stanton Reformed Church, Three Bridges Reformed Church, Readington Reformed Church, Rockaway Reformed Church, Annandale Reformed Church, High Bridge Reformed Church are the participating houses of worship.
The idea honors the 58-year legacy of the Stanton Holly Trail that celebrated its final year in December 2019. “People loved visiting Stanton Holly Trail’s historic homes,” Rev.
