The Apsara National Authority (ANA), a state body tasked with managing the Angkor Archaeological Park, told local residents not to sell land in the park as doing so is illegal. “To enforce the law on the protection and preservation of Angkor Park, we call on the pubic to immediately stop the sale of land in the area, which is a World Heritage Site,” ANA said in a Facebook post.
