STARK JUDGES Stark County Common Pleas Court judges have selected Judge David R. Nist as its presiding judge of the court for 2021. The judges also selected administrative judges for all four divisions of the Common Pleas Court. Judge Dixie N. Park will be administrative judge for the Probate Division. Judge Chryssa N.
