On the other side is a son and his fiancee of the former Napoli s owner. They say the Napoli s name and phone number are theirs  and they want to use both for a new restaurant in the northeast area. Napoli s is not a place; it s a who, said Bobbie Alm. She s engaged to Michael DeChellis, whose father Phil DeChellis owned Napoli s at 221 Market Ave. N until his death in 2016. Driver Mice Alexander faces numerous charges tied to fatal Canton crash

Canton Repository staff report CANTON  A Canton man is facing multiple felony charges tied to a September crash that killed one woman and injured another. A Stark County grand jury indicted Mice R. Alexander, 29, of Lippert Road NE. The indictment was released Thursday. According to court records, Alexander was driving a Ford Escape involved in a fatal crash Sept. 18. Police said two vehicles collided around 1 a.m. at Dueber Avenue and Ninth Street in Canton. Alexander is accused of being under the influence of alcohol and driving under suspension, causing the death of To nia Davis, 20, and injuring a second person, Tejona Jackson.

Jason McDermitt was indicted on the charges of aggravated murder and menacing by stalking. Stark County Sheriff deputies said McDermitt shot and killed Morgan Fox, 29.
