Kyle Dougherty, 35, Charles Neff, 66, Diane Clark, 65, and David Miller, 71, all of Louisville, died in the accident, the Stark County Sheriff s Office said.  Dougherty was driving a black 2018 Infiniti Q45 westbound on Route 153 just east of Maplegrove Avenue NE at a high rate of speed at 4:57 p.m. when he went off the right side of the road, authorities said. He over-corrected, came back up onto the road, went left of center and struck a silver 2014 Ford Escape that was headed eastbound, sheriff s Maj. C.J. Stantz said. The Escape was driven by Neff, and Clark and Miller were passengers in the vehicle, Stantz said.
