CNRA launches website, public input questionnaire on using natural and working lands to achieve climate, biodiversity goals

The California Natural Resources Agency has launched California Nature to engage Californians in advancing the state’s commitment to conserving 30 percent of lands and coastal waters by 2030 (30x30) and enlisting nature-based solutions to combat climate change.
The website and a new online questionnaire are aimed at gathering input from a broad cross-section of Californians.
“California can only be successful in conserving 30 percent of California’s lands and coastal waters by 2030 if we engage different voices, stakeholders, communities and individuals,” said Jennifer Norris, deputy secretary for biodiversity and habitat. “Everyone has a voice, and our strategies must reflect all Californians.”
