AMARILLO, Texas (KFDA) - Police are asking the public for help in locating a woman wanted on parole violations for assault charges.
Officials said 31-year-old Christianna Maria Vales is wanted by the Texas Pardon & Parole Board for parole violations for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and intoxication assault with a vehicle causing serious bodily injury.
Christianna is described as five-feet-four-inches tall, weighs 165 pounds with brown eyes and hair.

AMARILLO, Texas (KFDA) - Police have identified the suspect in a robbery and assault that took place last month.
Officers responded to a robbery early in the morning near S. Buchanan St. and SE 9th Avenue on Sunday, January 24.
The victim was approached by a man and assaulted, according to police.
The suspect then stole the victim’s phone and left the scene in a blue Nissan pickup.
Police said the case is still under investigation.

On Sunday, Jan. 31, the APD Homicide Unit responded to an apartment near Southwest 45th Avenue and Tulia Drive where 29-year-old Edward Olivarez Jr. was shot.
Detectives interviewed several witnesses and a 26-year-old victim.
The victim had injuries on his head and face, and he had been tied with zip ties and duct tape placed on his mouth.
The victim told police he had been beaten, tied up and robbed at gunpoint by Olivarez and others in an apartment.

AMARILLO, Texas (KFDA) - Police are asking for help locating a racing wheelchair that was stolen out of a truck last week.
The white Eagle Sportschair was stolen from the back of a truck near 54th Avenue and Bell Street on Thursday, January 21.
Those with information are asked to call the Amarillo Police Department or Amarillo Crime Stoppers at (806) 374-4400.
